🍄COMMISSION TOS !🍄

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the Terms Of Service below.
Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.
A. GENERAL TERMS.
Digital Art:
🍁 Please write your proposed commission in a clear, straightforward manner.
🍁 Please provide a clear reference. In the event that you don’t have an image reference, please either create simple a sketch with accurate colors or provide Google images alongside a clear description.
🍁 Unless specified, please don’t provide me with a 15 page essay about your character’s background. A wall of text is not exactly efficient for either of us.
🍁 I will not tolerate rude behavior. I have the right to refuse a commission in this occurance.
Sewing Craft / Plushies
🍁 Please provide an image reference for your proposed commission.
🍁 If your character is too detailed or requires too many minuscular details, I may refuse.
B. MODE OF PAYMENT
🍁 You HAVE to be sure of your commission, and have your payment on hand.
🍁 I’m only currently accepting USD.
🍁 Commissions must be paid up-front.
🍁 However, if a commission exceeds over $200, I may accept half-payment. (With half being paid after sketch or lineart.)
C. PROCESS OF WORK AND EDITING/CHANGE POLICY
DIGITAL ART:
🍁 Work in Progress (WIPs) will be given upon request.
🍁 I will show you the initial sketch, ask for your opinion, and once acceptable I will work upon the next process (sketch > lineart > color > shading > finalizing ). I will provide you with WIPs throughout.
🍁 I may do a total of 2-4 changes per process. Once I show you the sketch and you approved it/agreed that there would be no more changes, I will not change it afterwards. (See addendum.)
🍁 Add. A : In the event that you wish to change something big AFTER lineart and coloring, I will charge you a fee of $10. (With the base fee differing according to the type of commission.)
🍁 Add. B :In the event that you wish to change EVERYTHING after the lineart, there will be a fee of $15-$20 (With the base fee differing according to the type of commission.)
🍁 Add. C : In the event that you wish to change/remake EVERYTHING after the entire commission is finished, then I must refuse and advise you to order another commission instead.
🍁 The duration of time it takes to complete your commission depends on the complexity.
I.e : 3-4 days for flats. At most for more difficult commissions, I may take a month.
🍁 In the event of delays (due to family problems, health concerns, emergencies, etc). I will contact you and will notify you.
CUSTOM DESIGNS/CHARACTERS:
🍁 I will ask you to provide what you wish to see in your design, such as image inspirations/aesthetic, additional descriptions alongside Google images, sketches (if desired). As mentioned, please make sure that your descriptions are clear, in order to avoid confusion and mistakes. Make sure that you have an appropriate color palette in hand.
🍁 Work in Progress (WIPs) will be given upon request.
🍁 Like with Digital Art Commissions, I will show you the initial sketch of your design, ask for your opinion, and once acceptable I will work upon the next process (sketch>lineart >color/shading >finalizing).

🍁 The duration of time it takes to complete your design commission depends on the complexity of your design. 2- 6 days being the usual duration.
SEWING CRAFT / PLUSHIES:
🍁 Please prepare your reference. Make sure they are clear.
🍁 Please make sure you’ve chosen the correct colors you wish for this. You will be provided a color chart from an available set. You MUST choose the colors that are satisfactory to you.
🍁 As mentioned, I cannot/Will not do extremely detailed characters.
🍁 Work in Progress (WIPs) Pictures will be provided upon request.
🍁 Apart from the body, I will provide you with a sketch for the Face for your approval.
Since they will be embroidered/hand sewn, I will be unable to change it. Make sure that the Face is to your satisfaction. If there are changes to be made, make sure to notify me beforehand.
D. USAGE POLICY
I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.
Therefore I may be allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:
🍁 Promote myself within any platform.
🍁 Use the artwork to promote my commissions.
🍁 Display it.
🍁 Post it wherever I may, within reason and with appropriate credit.
The commissioner may be allowed to:
🍁 Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed o therwise.
🍁 Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
🍁 Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.
The following is considered Copyright Infringement:
🍁 Using the Artwork Commercially.
🍁 Taking credit for the creation of the artwork.
🍁 Removing any watermark/signatures.
🍁 Altering the Artwork without the Artist’s Consent.
E. COMMERCIAL RIGHTS:
Undecided, but may be discussed privately.
F. CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICY
DIGITAL ART / CUSTOM DESIGN
🍁 I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time. I will notify you of the reason why I have done so, if applicable.
🍁 If done before you have sent your payment, you may freely cancel your commission.
🍁 But once you’ve sent your payment/I’ve started and shown you WIPs, and if you’ve already approved for the next process, you may not suddenly demand for a refund.
SEWING CRAFT/ PLUSHIES:
🍁 I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time. I will notify you of the reason why I have done so, if applicable.
🍁 If done before you have sent your payment and before the fabric has been ordered or cut, you may freely cancel your commission.
🍁 I can NOT accept a refund or cancel once the above has been done. Fabric CAN NOT be uncut and will not be able to reuse whatever had been used.
This policy is to prevent clients from taking a sketch, demanding refunds and running away.
Do NOT file a charge-back against me for no reason after the commission has been approved and accepted.
🍁 In the event that this has occurred and has not been resolved, you will be added to a PUBLIC Blacklist alongside the reason to why this was done. I WILL provide receipt and proof.
🍁 Your name and links WILL be published on any platform I exist on, additionally, I will be warning other affiliated artists about you. I will not tolerate any more victims due to ignorance.
🍁 You will HENCEFORTH be banned from any sort of commission from me and affiliates.
🍁 I have a right to file a complaint against you, if left unresolved. We can change this, if discussed privately. But in the event that I am threatened further, I may rightfully request outside aid.
